RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your physical product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will review the request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping
For approved returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error or defect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will determine the appropriate return shipping solution.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases of downloadable or electronically delivered digital products are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect file, or are unable to access a purchased digital product, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.

For physical products, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

For digital products, cancellation may not be possible once the product has been delivered or accessed.
